Your project is of utmost importance to us. Allow us to guide you through each step of the process, ensuring that you are fully aware of what to anticipate during fabrication and installation. At Austin Stone Works, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and expertise.
Initial Consultation
An Austin Stone Works sales specialist will assist you with your choice of granite, marble, quartzite, soapstone, quartz, etc. Bring along your floorplan or cabinet plans, drawings, paint colors, tile, and any other interior design selections that will help in the selection process. We will go over your project details, edge profiles, sink requirements, and provide a list of slab vendors in the area for you to visit if needed. If you already know what you want, we are also happy to receive your information via email and work up a quote for you.
Bidding Your Project
We will prepare a customized quote based on your drawings, plans, details, and material selections. Once we have your signed approval and deposit, we will secure the slabs needed and the project will be turned over to the production manager, whom we will work closely with throughout the process.
Field Measure
Our production manager (the Managing Partner of Austin Stone Works) will contact you to schedule the on-site measure.
Production
Once the on-site measure has taken place, the production manager will coordinate the fabrication of your project and will be available for your questions.
Installation
The production manager will work with you to schedule an installation date. Our experienced crew will arrive on the scheduled date for installation.
